6.4. Label the drum with form EF0020 — Hazardous Waste Satellite <br />Accumulation Point with the following information: <br />a) Applicable Waste Stream. <br />b) Container ID number, obtained from front office. <br />c) Start date of fluid accumulation. <br />d) Physical State <br />e) Hazardous Properties <br />6.5. Once the drum is full, remove from under table, tightly secure drum <br />and make sure it is clean in order to be stored in Hazardous Waste <br />Storage Area (In Receiving Area.) <br />6.6. Place a new drum under the Tear Down Table following work <br />instructions as stated in 6.2 to 6.4. <br />6.7. Once the drum is placed in Hazardous Waste Storage Area, attach <br />both form EF0020 and EF0021- Hazardous Waste Storage Form <br />complete with the following information: <br />a) Applicable Waste Stream <br />b) Container ID number (copied from Form EF0020) <br />c) Storage start date and storage end date (90 days from start <br />date.) <br />d) Physical State <br />e) Hazardous Properties <br />6.8.All drums containing hazardous material must not be stored in facility <br />for more than 90 days. <br />7.
