2.4 Sampling Frequency <br /> Rinse water and filter cake waste will be re-sampled when a new product is used on the plating <br /> line or there is a change to the plating process which could impact the characteristic of either of <br /> these waste streams. Analytical records will be maintained on-site for a minimum of three years <br /> from the date any of these waste streams are sent off-site for disposal in accordance with Title 22 <br /> CCR 66262.40(c). <br /> Section 3: Waste Management <br /> After the rinse water has been processed through the on-site hazardous waste treatment system it <br /> is stored in a poly holding tank, which is subsequently sampled in accordance with discharge <br /> permit requirements,prior to being discharged to the City. <br /> The filter cake is managed as a hazardous waste. Once generated the filter cake is accumulated in <br /> compatible containers, which are marked per Title 22 CCR 66262.34(f). Within 90-days from the <br /> date the filter cake is generated it is transported off-site by a registered hazardous waste transporter <br /> to a permitted disposal facility.
