Powers Avenue
Manteca, CA 95336 tiER
Dear Mike:
I am enclosing a copy of the sample results for the soil samples
I took at Gordon Research on March 3 , 1988. These results are
for metals and pH. I am still awaiting sample results for the
Extractable Organics screening. As soon as I receive those
results, I will forward them to you.
These sample results do not indicate that soil contamination has
occurred. The metal results are consistent with background or
uncontaminated soil samples taken at other locations within San
Joaquin County. The pH results indicate the soil has a fairly
neutral pH. I would like to emphasize these samples are only an
indicator of what may be found on the property. They do not
represent or qualify as a complete site characterization. `
If you have any questions or should require additional
information, please contact me at (916) 739-3998.
Sincerely,
k L
Elizabeth M.
