Facility and State Representatives <br /> Larry Gordon, Owner, G.R.C. <br /> Sam Zarek, Waste Management Engineer, DOHS, TSCD-NCS <br /> IV. Observations and Discussion with Management <br /> I arrived at the site at 12:30 p.m. on October 18, 1984. Upon arriving, <br /> I met with a Mr. Larry Gordon. We then walked toward the warehouse <br /> where the hazardous materials are stored. <br /> The following items were stored at this location: <br /> o Forty-five 1/4 pound bottles of Antim?ny Tri-Chloride. <br /> o Ninety-two 1 pound bottles of Ammonium Acetate. <br /> o Twenty 1 pound battles of Potassium Dichromate. <br /> o Seventeen 1/4 pound bottles of Sodium Phosphate. <br /> o Ten 5 pound bottles of Sodium Alkylaryl Sulfonate. <br /> o Two 1 pound bottles of Citric Acid. <br /> o Seventeen 1/4 pound bottles of Potassium Phosphate. <br /> o Twelve 1/4 pound bottles of Aniline. <br /> o One 1 pound bottle of Antim?ny. <br /> o Nine 1 pint bottles of Hydriodic Acid. <br />
