The Plan of Correction shall <br /> include all olothe following: <br /> 1 . A complete inventory of all materials at the sites, including invoices, <br /> shipping papers, bid approvals and other records indicating the sources of <br /> the materials, the dates of shipment, the condition of the materials when <br /> purchased, and the transporters used. The inventory should include a <br /> sketch depicting storage locations and areas of spillage, and describe the <br /> current condition of the containers. <br /> 2. Provisions for characterizing, packaging, labeling, and transporting by a <br /> registered hauler to a Class I disposal site any hazardous waste <br /> determined unsuitable for recycling. <br /> 3. Provisions for identifying, packaging, labeling and recycling of wastes <br /> suitable for recycling, with the concurrence of the Department. <br /> 4. Provisions for determining the extent of any contaminated soil , and <br /> excavating and disposing of the soil. Enclosed for your guidance are <br /> outlines of a sampling plan and a cleanup and disposal plan. <br /> 5. Provisions for identifying the contents of any pressurized cylinders and <br /> properly labeling and recycling or disposing of these cylinders, with the <br /> concurrence of the Department. <br /> The final disposition of material for disposal or recycling must be approved by <br /> the Department. You are to' take no action on such disposition until the Plan <br /> of Correction has been approved by the Department. <br />
