Allen: <br /> On April 19 , 1984, we filed a complaint and preliminary injunction <br /> against Larry Gordon based upon the fact sheet of the Department of <br /> Health Services and the apparent emergency situation that existed. <br /> Since that date , we have not received further information reflecting <br /> boo the extent or degree of contamination that exists , a proposed plan <br /> W for clean-up, or any additional information by which we can assess <br /> the potential hazard to the public or environment of San Joaquin <br /> �vapp County. Additionally, we have received no reports regarding any <br /> A104 meetings held between Mr . Gordon and the Department of Health <br /> Wuf Services . <br /> SM We require that we be informed as to any meeting dates and the con- <br /> tent of discussions that occurred during such meetings.
