i
PLAN OF CORRECTION
FORE6dARD AND LEGIITD
The inventory is enclosed plus all invoices, shippinf, papers; bird approvals,
L.nc all otlier recor.s indicating, sources, dates and condition of the material
when purchased, that is, all such records that can be gathered. I have, however, a
record of the date of acquisition plus the identifying number of the sale on which the
material was purchased. Virtually any additional information desired about the
material is of record in government files under these reference numbers. These sale
numbers will be supplied because they will supply a conclusive and comprehensive
handle on the source of the item in question. As to shipping papers and evidence
of transporters, there will be few as I did my own hauling. At any rate, your
department will not be in doubt as to the information it needs about these materials.
After each item of inventory listed, I will add a code letter "in parenthesis
indicating its location. (I haven't completed final localization but, by the time
this plan is used by your department I expect to have it so. ) After each item I will
also make notes and comments about it which will make for a more thorough appraisal of
it by your department.
As to the condition of material when I bought it, it was always in good to fair
condition. I never bought hazardous waste. When the government indicated anything as
such. I automatically passed it. When an item looked too poor to resell, I passed it.
I never recycled and I never did any scrapping of metals and such.
To the best of my knowledge, nothing was spilled on my ground that was not
immediately picked up except two types of materials, viz. , automotive oil related
materials and those things that polymerize before ground penetration (as subsequent
photos will indicate).
Many times at Government sales, several dealers will go together to buy a single
lot and divide. This situation will be shown in the inventory acquisition as "split
lot with John Doe" , etc. If more information is desired on any of these items I
can acquire, from Philadelphia, mil specs that will provide tech data.
Dodo Sect,.'
b
4
s O
L°,9e
5 PC.
(.
