Wood of Aperio, Inc., dated January 9, <br /> 2008, in which he tendered his resignation as Project Coordinator and Project <br /> Geologist for the abatement and remediation project for the Gordon Research <br /> Site, pursuant to DTSC's Imminent and Substantial Endangerment Order, Docket <br /> No. 07/08-005. <br /> This letter is to notify DTSC of our acceptance of Mr. Wood's resignation on <br /> behalf of our client, the Lawrence W. and Bernice K. Gordon Revocable Trust. <br /> We are actively working to retain another individual to serve as Project Geologist <br /> or Project Engineer. We expect to have someone in place within the next week, <br /> and we will notify DTSC as soon as that occurs. Likewise, we are in the process <br /> of securing a new Project Coordinator, and we will notify DTSC as soon as that is <br /> finalized. <br /> At this time, and until further notice, this office will act as Project Coordinator on <br /> behalf of our client.
