Information from the borings <br /> will be used in determining the locations for three remediation wells to be located on the LFC facility. <br /> Geoprobe work is scheduled to begin on Friday,November 18 2005. Well installation will follow review <br /> of the Geoprobe data and will take place during the last week of November. All work will be performed <br /> on LFC's privately-owned property. The investigation is being performed at the request of Mr. Gerald <br /> Djuth at the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board(CV-RWQCB) to assess groundwater <br /> quality downgradient of the plant under an approved Work Plan. <br /> The Work Plan and approval letter from the CV-RWQCB are attached as are completed Well Permit <br /> Applications from TEG(the Geoprobe contractor) and Cascade Drilling (the well installation contractor). <br /> A Master File Information Form for Leprino Foods Company should be on file with your office. I have <br /> also attached a check for$178.00 to cover the permit fee for the two contractors. <br /> GeoTrans appreciates your efforts in the permitting process.
