The Revised Work Plan proposes a strategy to determine the extent <br /> that TPHd has migrated off site and locate a downgradient monitoring well. The Response to Comments <br /> addresses comments provided by Regional Board staff in our 17 October 2003 letter on the original work <br /> plan dated 22 September 2003, <br /> The Revised Work Plan and the Response to Comments are acceptable. Please notify me 72 hours prior <br /> to starting field work so that I may be present to observe the work and/or collect split samples. By <br /> 5 January 2004,please submit a report that provides the results of the investigation and <br /> recommendations for further investigation, if appropriate.
