I <br /> BACKGROUND <br /> ' The underground storage tank site is located ated approximately one-half mile south of Valpico <br /> ' Road on MacArthur Road in Tracy, California. The site was originally a walnut farm <br /> dating back to the 1930s until it was sold to Homestead Land Development. Underground <br /> storage tanks located on the property were used to supply fuel to a small trucking operation <br /> located at the farm.
