To perform off site groundwater sampling down-gradient of the gasolineldiesel release area. <br /> The site has undergone corrective action/soil vapor extraction and in-situ groundwater air <br /> sparing. The groundwater sampling will define the down-gradient,lateral extent of dissolved <br /> contamination that may have migrated off site. <br /> 2. Two borings will be completed down-gradient and two water samples will be collected at <br /> approximately 50-60 feet below ground surface. <br /> 3. The water samples will be analyzed for TPN-G,TEPH-D, BTEX,and fuel additives using EPA <br /> methods 8015 modified,8020,and 8260b. <br /> 4. A report of finding will be submitted to EHD and CVRWQCB within 90 days of sampling. <br /> S. If groundwater contamination is evidenced off site additional MW may be required. i <br /> I <br /> COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. A well permit application and fees must to submitted to EHD. <br /> .2. An EHD permit must to procured and 'inspections scheduled prior to beginning work. <br /> 3.
