(AGE) has prepared this work plan addendum for the site at 501 West Lodi
Avenue in Lodi, California. The original work plan was dated 15 July 1998.
The initial scope of the work included the installation of one ground water well at the eastern edge
of the site, while no up gradient well was proposed. Based on the need for an additional well located
in an up gradient position, AGE propose to complete one of the soil borings proposed for the
northern edge of the site as a -round water monitoring well. The construction of the well will follow
the same well design as proposed in the work plan.
Historical information from wells in the area indicate that ground water depth over the past twenty
five years, the period in time which the USTs at the site operated, has been at a greatest depth of 57.4
feet below surface grade (bso), measure in 1993. This value was determine during a conversation
with Mr. Frank Beeler of the City of Lodi. The city has measured and calculated the average depth
to ground iAster for each of its wells. The annual measuring events for 1993, at the City of Lodi Well
Number 3 located /4 mile east of the site was 57.4 feet bsg. The average value for the year 1978 was
50.6 feet bsg and the value for the year 1979 was 50.2 feet bsg.
Information obtained from the East Bay Municipal Utility District(EBMUD) for depth to water for
well 361N2, located northwest of the site, indicted a maximum depth to water measurements at 47.5
feet bsg. Attached is the historical depth to ground water from the City of Lodi interview and
EBMUD transmittal.
Included is a drilling permit and application fee and a revised site plan.
-4005 Nord) W[kon Way. 5toL:ktonr C'alilOrma 95205
Tc[ephone (209) 407-1000 [-Ax (209) 407-1 1 18
