(AGE) has prepared this work plan addendum for the site at 501 West Lodi <br /> Avenue in Lodi, California. The original work plan was dated 15 July 1998. <br /> The initial scope of the work included the installation of one ground water well at the eastern edge <br /> of the site, while no up gradient well was proposed. Based on the need for an additional well located <br /> in an up gradient position, AGE agrees with your directive to complete one of the soil borings <br /> proposed for the northern edge of the site as a slant ground water monitoring well. The construction <br /> of the well will follow the same well design as proposed in the work plan.
