The WDRs require <br /> that Kellogg Supply, Inc comply with the Monitoring and Reporting Program (MRP) pursuant to <br /> Section 13267 of the California Water Code. <br /> Staff has reviewed all monitoring reports for the period July 2006 through January 2008 and <br /> detected the following violations: <br /> 1. Monthly Monitoring Reports for the months of July 2006 through January 2008 were not <br /> submitted. <br /> 2. The Annual 2006 Monitoring Report did not include monitoring data for Title 22 Metals <br /> in fly ash, and the following groundwater constituents: manganese, arsenic, <br /> molybdenum, and hexavalent chromium. <br /> 3. The Annual 2007 Monitoring Report did not include monitoring data for Title 22 Metals <br /> in fly ash. <br /> By 30 May 2008, Kellogg Supply, Inc shall submit the delinquent monitoring reports, as well as <br /> revised annual monitoring reports for the years of 2006 through 2007- The revised reports <br /> must contain all of the monitoring data required by the MRP. If the delinquent monitoring <br /> reports and/or missing monitoring data are not available, Kellogg Supply, Inc shall explain why <br /> the monitoring was not performed and identify actions that will be taken to assure that future <br /> monitoring reports will be on time and complete. <br /> California Environmental Protection Agency <br /> ped Recycled Paper <br />
