To assure that our personnel are at the <br /> site when needed, we require that you notify us at least 2 working days <br /> before the task begins. <br /> •_ 6.0 LIMITATIONS <br /> This report has been prepared for the exclusive use of the Client and the <br /> Client's consultants for specific application to the proposed development. <br /> If changes occur in the nature, design location, or configuration of the <br /> s proposed development, the conclusions and recommendations contained <br /> here shall not be considered valid. Changes must be reviewed by our firm. <br /> The analysis, opinions, conclusions and recommendations submitted in this <br /> report are based in part on the referenced materials, site visit and evaluation, <br /> and subsurface exploration. The nature and extent of variation among <br /> _ exploratory borings may not become evident until construction. If variations <br /> appear, it will be necessary to re-evaluate or revise recommendations made <br /> a <br /> in this report. <br /> The recommendations in this report are contingent on conducting an <br /> adequate testing and observation program during construction of the <br /> proposed development. Unless the construction observation and testing <br /> program is provided by or coordinated with our firm, Korbmacher <br /> Engineering, Inc. will not be held responsible for compliance with design <br /> recommendations presented in this report and other supplemental reports <br /> submitted as part of this report. <br /> Our services have been provided in accordance with generally accepted <br /> geotechnical engineering practices. No warranties are made, express or <br /> implied, as to the professional opinions or advice provided. <br /> Recommendations contained in this report are valid for a period of 1 year; <br /> after 1 year they must be reviewed by this firm to determine whether or not <br /> they still apply. <br /> WKorbmachcr Enginccring, Inc. <br />
