Page 2 of 3 <br /> respond effectively to emergencies by familiarizing them with emergency procedures, <br /> emergency equipmen , and <br /> emergency systems, i cluding, where applicable: <br /> (A) procedures for usi g, inspecting, repairing, and replacing facility emergency and monitoring <br /> equipment; <br /> (B) key parameters fo automatic waste feed cut-off systems; <br /> (C) communications o alarm systems; <br /> (D) response to fires o explosions; <br /> (E) response to groun water contamination incidents; and <br /> (F) shutdown of opera ions. <br /> (b) Facility personnels iall successfully complete the program required in subsection (a) of this <br /> section <br /> within six months after the date of their employment or assignment to a facility, or to a new <br /> position at a facility. <br /> Employees hired after he effective date of these regulations shall not work in unsupervised <br /> positions until they hav <br /> completed the training equirements of subsection (a) of this section. <br /> (c) Facility personnel s all take part in an annual review of the initial training required in <br /> subsection (a) of <br /> this section. <br /> (d) The owner or operat r shall maintain the following documents and records at the facility: <br /> (1) the job title for each osition at the facility related to hazardous waste management, and <br /> the name of the <br /> employee filling each jo ; <br /> (2) a written job descript on for each position listed under subsection (d)(1) of this section. This <br /> description <br /> may be consistent in its Jegree of specificity with descriptions for other similar positions in the <br /> same company <br /> location or bargaining ur it, but shall include the requisite skill, education, or other <br /> qualifications, and dutie of <br /> 10/9/2008 <br />
