The information regarding the <br /> correction to item number forty nine, (employee training) is not complete. The <br /> required training needs to be in compliance with the California Code of <br /> Regulations, Title 22, section 66265.16, which teaches facility personnel <br /> hazardous waste management procedures relevant to the positions in which <br /> they are employed. I have enclosed a copy of the referenced code section for <br /> your review.
