Cherokee Lane <br /> in Lodi,Calif Drnia, in responae to a nialathion spill. After <br /> meeting with the Fire Department and San Joaquin County Palic:, <br /> Health Services we ouited -up in protective clothing, looked at the <br /> label on the bottle, then proceeded to clean up the spilled <br /> malathion located in the North/East corner of the auto shop. Atter <br /> cleaning the Mloop area we renioved the conte minated debris front the <br /> dutripster out back. All of the contaminated debris and material ued <br /> for the clean up waf, packaged in DOT containers. <br /> On October 4, 1994, 1 returned to the site at 7:00 A.M, to inspect <br /> the area where the malathion was spilled. After assessing the area <br /> we decided to remove the bottom portiozi of the cabin--LB where the <br /> spill occurred. The contaminated portion of the cabinets x,,Tero <br /> removed and packaged into DOT containers. The waste wau shipped to <br /> Laidlaw Environmental Services, Inc. 1340 W.
