Non-'V oting Status Notices in lieu of ballots. No further action shall be.required by the <br /> Intermediary Record Holders with respect to Non-Voting Securities. . <br /> (b) Voting Securities. The Intermediary Record Holders shall transmit <br /> Solicitation Packages to Beneficial Owners of the Securities which will include a ballot for"the <br /> Beneficial Owners (the `Beneficial.Owner Ballot") substantially in the form of Exhibit C-4 <br /> attached hereto, and a return envelope provided by, and addressed to, the respective Intermediary <br /> Record-Holders(or their agents)of the Beneficial Owners. Beneficial Owners shall cast their <br /> votes on the Plan.by completing the Beneficial Owner Ballots and'returning such ballots <br /> sufficiently before`the Voting Deadline to the respective Intermediary Record Holder(not to the <br /> Voting Agent) in the.envelopes provided by the Intermediary Record Holders. The Intermediary <br /> Record Holders (or their agents), as appropriate, must then summarize the individual votes of <br /> their Beneficial Owners from the Beneficial Owner Ballots on a master ballot (the "Master <br /> Ballot") to be provided to them by the Debtors in substantially the form attached hereto as <br /> Exhibit C-5. The Intermediary Record Holders (or their agents) shall then return the.Master <br /> Ballot to the Special Voting Agent by the Voting Deadline. <br /> 31.
