and Manner of Notice Thereof(Docket Entry 1492, the "Bar Date Order"), which, among other <br /> things. established 5:00 p.m., Pacific Standard Time, on March 21, 2005 (the "Bar Date"), as the <br /> last date for all persons and entities holding or wishing to assert "Claims," as such term is <br /> defined in 11 U.S.C. § 101(5) (collectively, the "Claimants"), against a Debtor to file a proof of <br /> claim form(the "Proofs of Claim") with respect to each such Claim. <br /> 10. On or prior to December 27, 2004, the Debtors' Notice Agent, Kurtzman Carson <br /> Consultants LLC, provided notice of the Bar Date by mailing a notice of Bar Date approved by <br /> the Court(the "Bar Date Notice") and a proof of claim form upon the persons or entities set forth <br /> in the Debtors' Schedules of Assets and Liabilities and Statements of Financial Affairs (the <br /> "Schedules and Statements"), which were filed with the Court on November 22, 2004, and the <br /> Bar Date Notice upon the persons and entities included in the notice database compiled by the <br /> Debtors but not listed on any of the Schedules and Statements. <br /> 11. In addition, the Debtors published the Bar Date Notice in The New York Times, <br /> The Wall Street Journal (National Edition), Kansas City Star, Milling and Baking News and <br /> USA Today on or about December 21, 2004. <br /> 12. As of October 10, 2007, over 9,100 Proofs of Claim were filed against the <br /> Debtors in these cases which, when combined with over 25,000 scheduled claims, results in a <br /> significant number of Claims which need to be resolved in these cases. The Debtors are <br /> objecting to 29 Proofs of Claim in this Thirty-Fifth Omnibus Objection (the "Disputed <br /> Claims"). <br /> 13. On July 5, 2005, this Court entered an Order Pursuant to. 11 U.S.C. §§ 102(1), <br /> 105(a) and 502, Fed. R. Bankr.
