You <br /> were also directed to reinitiate quarterly groundwater monitoring. The work plan has not <br /> been received by this office and quarterly groundwater monitoring has not been.resumed. <br /> If a work plan is not submitted to this office and quarterly groundwater monitoring has not <br /> been resumed within 14 days of the date of this letter, formal enforcement action by the <br /> San Joaquin County District Attorney's Office and/or the Central Valley Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board may be requested.
