Site Code: 1156 <br /> 1426 South Lincoln Street <br /> Stockton CA <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has received by e-mail dated 01 <br /> October 2002 from Stratus Environmental, Inc. (Stratus) a request for informatioh,not found <br /> during a file review and for a 30-day extension of the due date for a site conceptual model for the <br /> above referenced site. Specifically, boring logs and soil analytical data for monitoring wells MW-1 <br /> through MW-12 at 440 West Charter Way, Stockton, cross sections prepared from CPT borings <br /> advanced on the same site and a site map with_the CPT boring locations were not found. <br /> EHD has faxed the site map with boring locations and soil analytical data from the CPT borings to <br /> Stratus, but cross sections have not been prepared from the CPT data. The boring logs and soil <br /> analytical data from MW;1-through MW-12 have apparently been microfilmed. Their retrieval will <br /> require research by an"EHD clerk.
