(IBC) purchased the assets of the former Dolly Madison Bakery, who <br /> leased the building from Francis Freedman Levine from 1982 to 1988. Lorrie Green inherited <br /> the property from the Francis Freedman Levine Trust in 1989, and transferred title to the <br /> property in March 1999 to Jason Hunt (DBA Temple of Deliverance Church of God in Christ). <br /> Jason Hunt sold the property to Timothy Kong in May 2003. The Regional Board Executive <br /> Officer issue Cleanup and Abatement Order R5-2007-0725 on 5 October 2007 due to the <br /> need for additional work and the pending IBC bankruptcy. <br /> IBC (DBA Dolly Madison) removed one 1,000-gallon gasoline underground storage tank on <br /> 27 July 1988. Confirmation soil sampling revealed contamination of Total Petroleum <br /> Hydrocarbons as gasoline (TPHg) was detected at 95 milligrams per kilogram (mg/kg), <br /> Xylenes at 3 mg/kg, and Lead at 138 mg/kg in one soil sample taken from the UST <br /> excavation.
