In the absence of local agency screening data, results may be compared to
screening criteria established by other agencies as appropriate, such as San Francisco Bay
Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) Environmental Screening Levels (ESLs),
California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) California Human Health Screening
Levels (CHHSLs), United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) Region 9 Regional
Screening Levels (RSLs), and/or California and federal hazardous waste thresholds. In the
case of metals in soil, results may also be compared to levels considered to be representative of
typical background concentrations.
Closure
If you have any questions about this scope of work, please call Jeanne Tarvin at 262-901-0085
or Nick Walchuk at 510-420-2559.
Sincerely,
ENVIRON International Corporation
jeanne M.
