TPHd was detected in the groundwater sample collected from
' MW-1 The grab groundwater samples collected from wells MW-2 and
MW-3 contained non-detectable concentrations of TPHd
' Based on the laboratory analytical results of this groundwater
sampling event, it appears that TPHd concentrations in the
groundwater are lower relative to the results of the previous
sampling events conducted in December 1999, June 2000, and
October 2000 (Table 1) . TPHg, BTEX, and the 9 oxygenate
concentrations in the groundwater remained below their respective
detection limits . We recommend that no further action be
' required and are requesting closure of the groundwater monitoring
activities at the Site based on the non-detectable concentrations
of TPHg, BTEX, and 9 oxygenates; and relatively lower
' concentrations of TPHd in the groundwater at the Site.
5
