As of January 1, 2013, all businesses were required to submit all business plans electronically. <br /> Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to <br /> the EHD for approval. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 4 HSC 25508(a)(1) Failed to complete and/or submit the Business Activities or Owner/Operator Identification page. <br /> The Business Activities and Business Owner/Operator Identification forms have not been submitted for 2020. This <br /> information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. Immediately log into the California <br /> Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and <br /> submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 5 HSC 25505(a)(1) Failed to complete and/or submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. <br /> The 550 gallon of hydrofluoric acid, 1,872 pounds of Storm detergent, and 440 gallons of Zep Presoak have not <br /> been reported for 2020. Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's <br /> business plan. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for <br /> approval. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required content. <br /> A site map was not completed or submitted as part of the business plan for 2020. A site map shall contain a north <br /> orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, <br /> emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency <br /> response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as <br /> "NA".
