d
Member of Inogen® www.inogenet.com
From: Nuel Henderson [EH] [mailto : nhenderson@sicehd .com]
Sent: Wednesday, October 08, 2014 4: 18 PM
To: Nicole Persaud
Cc: Vicki McCartney [EH]; Condon, Cori@Waterboards; Adrienne Ellsaesser [EH]
Subject: RE: Country Market, 10476 W. Linne Road - Well Construction Info
Nicole,
We discussed the site with Cori Condon of the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board today for site
closure consideration. We agreed that the soil data does not appear to indicate a significant release and for this
site the water well sample, while not ideal , also does not indicate a significant release. Cori is concerned with
other water wells in the area and recommends that we have the nearby wells around the site, especially
downgradient of the site, sampled and analyzed to document no impact to these wells, which I too think should be
done. Cori also recommended utilizing the ethylbenzene concentration in soil collected during the UST removals
for a human health risk assessment. With favorable results from these actions, the site will be considered further
for case closure; no other site assessment actions are thought to be necessary at this time. Vicki McCartney, the
caseworker for this site, will generate a directive letter covering these points. If you have any questions or
comments you may contact me at (209) 468-3436 or Vicki at (209) 468-9852.
Nuel Henderson
This e-mail is personal.
