Mr. John Muniz, Jr. <br /> Country Market <br /> Site Investigation Work Plan Addendum <br /> December 6, 2013 <br /> Page 3 <br /> 6.0 Schedule and Reportine <br /> Antea Group will begin pre-field activities with the submittal of boring permit applications, upon approval of this work <br /> plan. Following receipt of boring permit approval, Antea Group will schedule a licensed driller to perform the work. <br /> Depending on weather and subsurface conditions, we anticipate the utility locate and advancement of the borings to <br /> take approximately two days, standard laboratory turnaround time for soil samples is 14-days. Per SJCEHD's letter <br /> dated November 25, 2013, Antea Group will complete field work and submit a report of finding by February 28, 2014. <br /> Antea Group will review the analytical data and prepare a summary report within approximately two weeks of receipt of <br /> the analytical data from the laboratory. The summary report will contain the following: <br /> • A map depicting the final boring locations; <br /> A description of drilling activities and boring logs ; <br /> Laboratory data sheets and chain of custody documentation for soil samples, and a table summarizing <br /> laboratory analytical results; <br /> • Waste disposal manifests; <br /> Findings and conclusions of the field activities and laboratory data; <br /> • Recommendations for closure or future site assessment activities (if necessary). <br /> A California Registered Geologist will direct and supervise the proposed activities outlined in this work plan.
