Results are presented in Table 2, and the analytical report is included as Appendix E. 3.0 LOW RISK CASE CLOSURE EVALUTION 3.1 General Site Criteria 3.1. 1 Public Water System Availability Country (Market is just outside of the ,City of Tracy's public water system service area, but adjacent to the service distribution main beneath Tracy Boulevard (Erler & Kalinowski, 2011). Water for the property is obtained from the on-site well screened from 162 to 182 feet bgs (DWR, 1974). 3. 1.2 Unauthorized Release Consists Only of Petroleum Hydrocarbons Records with the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department indicate the two USTs at the site stored leaded and unleaded gasoline (Section 1.2). 3. 1.3 Unauthorized Release Has Been Stopped The two USTs at the site were filled with concrete slurry in the late 1980's, and removed in 2012. 3. 1.4 Free Product Removal Mobile light Non-aqueous phase liquid (LNAPL) has not been observed in soil or groundwater at the site. 3.1 .5 Secondary Source Removal Although petroleum hydrocarbons were detected in confirmation soil samples collected during removal of the tanks, Antea Group's subsequent investigation suggests the residual contamination Is minor, limited both laterally and vertically in soil and absent in groundwater from the on-site supply well . Due to the minimal amount of secondary source material and the lack of impact to sensitive receptors, natural attenuation is the most cost- effective option for the destruction of residual impacts at the site. 3.2 Groundwater This section reviews the site relative to the SB 2012-0016 criteria specific to contamination in groundwater.
