In December 1999 a meeting was held with management and staff of <br /> the Department of Fish and Game to discuss the deficiencies. These deficiencies included: missing <br /> signatory certification; missing flow rate data; no indication of chemical usage; and no reporting of <br /> total dissolved solids of receiving water samples. <br />
