Mokelumne Fire responded to a grass fire in which <br /> approximately 38 drums and 2 pallets of bags of possible Hat Mats had been involved. Some of the <br /> bags were leaking due to the fire. Environmental Health and I assessed the situation and advised the <br /> IC. We did not feel it was an imminent hazard as the material appeared stable. The material is on <br /> private property which can be secured. And according to George Alexander, the material had been <br /> j stored there approximately 12 years. The IC was advised that follow-up of the incident will be on <br /> Monday, July 12th.
