June 14, 2006 FILE C Sent Certified and U.S. Mail Howard's Tire Service 2029 Meadowlark Dr Modesto, CA 95355 RE: Waste Tire Program Identification Number 1245926-01 The California Integrated Waste Management Board (CIWMB), in its Waste Tire Manifest System database, has Howard's Tire Service listed with Tire Program Identification Number (TPID) 1245926-01. Individuals with TPIDs are participants in the Waste Tire Program as waste or used tire haulers, generators or end-use facility operators. Waste Tire Program participants submit waste tire manifests and registered hauler logs to CIWMB every time 10 or more waste or used tires are moved between facilities. The CIWMB has not received waste tire manifests or hauler logs with the above TPID number. San Joaquin County Environmental Health representatives inspect waste tire generators, haulers and end-use facilities for compliance with Waste Tire Program regulations. Waste tire businesses are subject to unannounced inspections.
