Wilson Way at the <br /> Open Air Flea Market in Stockton, CA, appearing to have hauled approximately 30 waste <br /> tires for sale at the Flea Market. The truck referenced above was seen with the same <br /> amount of tires for sale at the above address again on September 16, 2006. <br /> Hauling more than nine waste tires without waste tire hauler registration is a <br /> violation of Public Resources Code (PRC) Section 42951. Legal action may be <br /> necessary at this time.
