I understand that the original QSR submitted <br /> to you did not contain a copy of`the vapor extraction well details. I apologize for this oversight. <br /> In the attached QSR and SEACOR's Groundwater Investigation and Confirmatory Soil Sampling Report, <br /> dated February 22, 1992, SEACOR requested permission to dispose.of investigation generated wastes in <br /> the following manner: spread soil cuttings onto an unpaved portion of the site and discharge water onto <br /> landscaped areas of-the site. As discussed in the'above referenced documents, this recommendation is <br /> based on chemical testing results of either the wastes themselves or soil and/groundwater samples <br /> collected during the investigation.
