Box 1839 <br /> Santa Monica, California 90406 <br /> Subject: Addendum to Proposed Work Plan for Assessment of Soil <br /> and Ground-Water Contamination at USA Service Station <br /> No. 65, 2500 West Lodi Avenue, Lodi, California. <br /> Mr. Nichols: <br /> At your request and in response to concerns expressed by Mr. <br /> Brian Newman of the California Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board (CRWQCB) in his letter of November 21, 1988, we have <br /> prepared this Addendum to the Proposed Work Plan for the site <br /> referenced above. Changes to the original Work Plan are limited <br /> to moving the location of one ground-water monitoring well from <br /> the east side of the Woodbridge Irrigation District canal to west <br /> of the canal and south of the service station. This location is <br /> in the parking lot of the shopping center property owned by <br /> Kristmont West 'of Lodi, California. The new proposed location is <br /> shown on the enclosed Map of Proposed Monitoring Well Location. <br /> Permission must be obtained from the offsite property owner to <br /> install the well in the parking area. We will contact Kristmont <br /> West requesting permission to install the well in the parking lot <br /> upon, receiving approval of this Addendum from the CRWQCB and the <br /> San Joaquin Local Health District. <br />
