Date Janua 28, 2005 <br /> USA GASOLINE QUARTERLY GROUNDWATER MONITORING REPORT <br /> Facility No 65 Address 2500 West Lodi Avenue, Lodi, California <br /> USA Gasoline Project Supervisor Charles Miller <br /> Consulting Co/Contact Person Stratus Environmental, Inc 1 Gown S Kowtha, P E <br /> Consultant Project No 2007-0065-01 <br /> Primary Agency/Regulatory ID No Mr Harlin Knoll, San Joaquin County Public Health Services 11356 <br /> WORK PERFORMED THIS QUARTER(Fourth 2004) <br /> 1 Stratus measured groundwater elevations and collected groundwater samples from wells MW-1 <br /> through MW-4, MW-6 through MW-8 on October 4, 2004 Wells MW-9, MW-10, S-1, and S-2 were <br /> dry <br /> 2 Stratus started the new Solleco 100 cubic feet per minute (cfm) SVE system on October 20, 2004, in <br /> the presence of San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District (SJVAPCD) personnel <br /> 3 Stratus prepared and submitted a Source Test Report(dated November 30, 2004) documenting the <br /> findings during the start-up operations of the new SVE system <br /> 4 Stratus visited the site eight times to construct, Install, start-up, and conduct operation and <br /> maintenance of the new SVE system <br /> 5 Stratus compiled and evaluated groundwater monitoring data <br /> WORK PROPOSED FOR NEXT QUARTER (First 2005) <br /> 1 The next sampling event is tentatively scheduled for January 2005 Groundwater samples will be <br /> collected for laboratory analysis from wells MWA through MW-4, MW-6 through MW-10, S-1, and <br /> S-2 <br /> 2 Groundwater samples will be analyzed at a state-certified analytical laboratory for total petroleum <br /> hydrocarbons as gasoline (TPHG) by EPA Method SW8015B/DHS LUFT Manual, and for benzene, <br /> toluene, ethylbenzene, total xylenes (BTEX), methyl tertiary butyl ether (MTBE), tertiary amyl methyl <br /> ether(TAME), ethyl tertiary butyl ether (ETRE), di-isopropyl ether(DIPE), tertiary butyl alcohol (TBA), <br /> methanol, and ethanol by EPA Method SW8260B <br /> 3 Stratus will visit the site twice each month to perform routine system operation and maintenance and <br /> to collect compliance samples <br /> 4 Stratus will replace well boxes for wells MW-4 and MW-7 <br /> Current Phase of Project Remediation/Monitoring <br /> Frequency of Groundwater Sampling All Wells=Quarter) <br /> Frequency of Groundwater Monitoring Quarterly _ <br /> Groundwater Sampling Date October 4,2004 <br /> Is Free Product(FP) Present on Site No <br /> K\USA Gasoline\0065\Qtriy\2004\USA_65_4Q04 DOC 5TRATU5 <br />
