INTRODUCTION Purpose and Scope To satisfy the quarterly monitoring requirements and to document the investigation of ground water sampling for USA Petroleum Station ##65, the following report is submitted by Western Geo- Engineers (WEGE) In addition to this ground water sampling, a work plan to install one ground water monitoring well is included ,--,- in ncluded ,--,-in this report . On December 18, 1992 , WEGE personnel sampled the monitor wells at USA Petroleum Corporation Station #65 . During the monitoring round, water samples were collected from MW1, MW2 , MW3 , MW4, MW5, MW6, and MW7 for analyses by a state- certified laboratory Monitor Wells S1 and S2 were dry at the time of sampling. As noted previously in the quarterly monitoring reports of September 24, 1992, February 2, 1992 and July 21 1992 the traffic box of MW4 has been paved over by the contractor placing asphalt on the adjacent parking lot for the shopping center USA Petroleum Corp. contracted Western Geo- Engineers to restore MW4 to operable condition, this was done on September 15, 1992 (see Appendix B) . Location USA Petroleum Corporation Station 65 is located at 2500 West Lodi Avenue in Lodi, California The property is an active gasoline station that retails regular unleaded, super unleaded, and premium unleaded gasoline . This site is in Section 10, T3N, RGE, MDB&M, San Joaquin County, California The site elevation is approximately 37 feet above mean sea level (see Figures 1 and 2) . 1 c 9
