Upon review of the June 6 , 1994 Quarterly Monitoring Report by Ms . Linda Turkatte ' of San Joaquin County Health Department, questions arose that will be addressed in this addendum. Table 1 of the June 6 , 1994 Quarterly Report does not reflect the correct date for ground water gauging. The depth to water meter malfunctioned on the day of collecting ground water samples (April 13 , 1994) . The ground water was gauged on April 26, 1994 with a 'Depth to water Meter' and is reflected in Table 1 and in Appendix A (Field Notes) . It should be noted at this time that a sheen. of product was observed in MW8 at the time of purging for ground water collection (see Field Notes in Appendix A of the June 6, 1994 report) . This is :,the first time that this has occured since monitoring this well ., 9 A review of survey data has indicated that a clarification and correction of MW8 ' Top of Casing elevation' is needed; this is reflected in Table 1 and the ground water gradient maps generated because of this review. The letter to San Joaquin County, Public 1 Health Services on July 15, 1994 (Appendix B) explains the data i correction.
