Contined, Table 1, Vapor Extraction Source Test - USA Station 465
,I
A one day, vapor source test was conducted on 3/14/95; individual wells MW4, S1, S2 and MWB were vented to carbon scrub cannisters using Rotron DR404 Reg, Blower.
MW4 was subjected to one hour and 10 minute test, S1 was vented for 50 minutes, S2 wasivented for one hour,
MWB was subjected to the longest test - 5 hours -. Vacuum Influence reading were take .on all wells during
various times through out the testing from these wells.
Multiple samples were taken during the test and at the time of the tests by an ambient air PID Gas Chromatograph; the use of a lower level 'gas standard' for
field use and a lack of linearity with ambien air chromatography compared with laboratory chromatography suggest only trends Of hydrocarbon removal can not be
subjected to equal measurement.
8
Selected Tedlar bag samples were obtained during the test and submitted to WEGE 'non-certified' laboratory and analyzed with GC/FID. These
same samples were later 'Chain-of-Custody' submitted to A.E.N. (D11S4 1172) for comparison.
n WEGE= WESTERN CEO-ENGINEERS
V
AMSL- ABOVE MEAN SEA LEVEL
mg/L-milligrams/liter 4
ug/L-micrograms/liter
TFH= TOTAL FUEL HYDROCARBONS (GASOLINE)
.,I
" OR BLANK, SAMPLE NOT TAKEN: DRY WELL AND/OR SAMPLE NOT RUN OR DATA AVAILABLE
ALL ELEVATION MEASUREMENTS ARE ABOVE MEAN SEA LEVEL p
I
S1 6 S2 - TOC Elevations corrected 12/7/34 from casing head modifications
f
F
I
I
Y
i
