ACCESS AGREEMENT <br /> Subsurface Investigation - Soil Boring Advancement <br /> 615 East Main Street, Stockton, CA 95202 <br /> APN: 149-180-07 <br /> I, Mr. Dan McDonnell on behalf of San Joaquin County Real Estate Company,the property <br /> owner of parcel 149-180-07, do hereby grant permission to Advanced <br /> GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE) on behalf of the responsible party, City of Stockton, to <br /> advance one (1) soil boring, under San Joaquin County permit at 615 East Main Street, <br /> Stockton, California. The site under investigation is located directly to the west, at 601 East <br /> Main Street, Stockton, California. The proposed work is being performed under a directive <br /> by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. The scope of work will <br /> include the following: <br /> • Advancement of one (1), 1.25-inch diameter soil boring to a total depth of 25 feet <br /> below surface grade (bsg). The proposed soil boring will be advanced using a truck <br /> mounted AMS Powerprobe 9600 or Geoprobe direct-push probing unit equipped <br /> with 1.25-inch diameter probing rods.The Powerprobe or other probe advances soil <br /> probe borings using a hydraulic hammer to drive soil and groundwater sampling <br /> tools to specified depths. A soil-vapor sample will be collected from the soil boring <br /> at 5 feet bsg and soil samples will be collected between 5 feet and the total depth <br /> of 25 feet bsg. Following sample collection,the borehole will be backfilled to surface <br /> grade with neat cement and covered with concrete. <br /> • The surface will be returned to the original condition. <br /> All costs for performance of the subsurface investigation will be the sole responsibility of <br /> the City of Stockton, property owner of 601 East Main Street, Stockton, California. The City <br /> of Stockton will be solely responsible for all costs and expenses for investigations <br /> associated with contamination from previous operations at 601 East Main Street, Stockton, <br /> CA. Additionally, all work performed at 615 East Main Street, Stockton, California shall be <br /> conducted under permit and in accordance with all local regulations. <br /> Copies of all testing and reporting for any investigation or testing performed at 615 East <br /> Main Street, Stockton, CA shall be forwarded to Mr. Dan McDonnell on behalf of San <br /> Joaquin County Real Estate Company, property owner. <br /> AGE will provide 48 hours notice prior to the initiation of field activities, which shall be <br /> conducted in a manner to minimize disruption of normal site activities. <br /> Mr. Dan McDonnell on behalf of Date <br /> San Joaquin County Real Estate Company <br /> 615 East Main Street <br /> Stockton, California, 95202 <br />
