Additional,Site Assessment Work Pian <br /> NATIONAL FRE GHT <br /> .2850 Loomis Road, Stock n, California <br /> 1.0. -INTRODUCTION <br /> At the request of Mr. Daniel Folcher;Advanced GeoE vironmental, Inc-.'(AGE) has prepared the <br /> enclosed Additional Site Assessment Work Plan for the property at 2850 Loomis.Road, Stockton, <br /> California(the site).The proposed work-includes:.1)estimation of the masses ofpetroleum-impacted <br /> soil at thesite-and 2)advancement of two soil borings at he former underground storage tank(UST) <br /> location to further define the vertical extent of petrole impacted soil and ground water;one of the <br /> soil borings subsequently will be completed as a deep ground water monitoring well. The location <br /> of the site is illustrated on Figure 1.-A plan of the site i4 illustrated on Figure.2.- <br /> This <br /> :This work -plan was prepared asrequired by the. S i Joaquin-County -Environmental Health <br /> Department(EHD)by letter dated 06 July 2006(Appen ix A), and is in accordance with Appendix <br /> A-to Tri-Regional Recommendations =:Reporting, date 30 August 1991, prepared by the Central <br /> Valley Regional Water Quality ContV Board for the 'rivestigatiorl of underground storage tank <br /> (UST)sites.Appendix B presents the adsorbed mass volt me calculation for petroleum hydrocarbons. <br /> as diesel; 1,097kg <br /> or.2,4`18 lbs of TPH-d,are adsorbed t the site. _ <br /> 2.0. SCOPE OF WORK <br /> The scope'of the work includes the advancement of one pilot.soil boring for the installation of one <br /> ground water monitoring well, and a soil.boring for c llection.and analysis of soil samples. The <br /> scope of work will consist of the following tasks: <br /> • Permitting and pre-field work activities; <br /> • Drilling and soil sample-collection; n <br /> • Monitoring well installation.and development; <br /> • Ground water sampling and analysis; and <br /> Preparation of a report of findings. <br /> 2.1.
