INTRODUCTION <br /> At the request of Mr Daniel Folcher of Vineland Construction Co ,Advanced GeoEnvironmental, <br /> Inc (AGE)has prepared this report of environmental activities conducted at 2850 Loomis Road(the <br /> site),Stockton, California The scope of work included monitoring and sampling five ground water <br />' monitoring wells on the site and preparation of this report The location of the site and its <br /> surroundings are illustrated on Figure 1 On site features, including the locations of the monitoring <br /> wells, are illustrated on Figure 2 <br />' This investigation was performed in accordance with the guidelines of the Central Valley Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) and the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br />' Department(EHD)for investigations of underground storage tank(UST)sites and sampling ground <br /> water monitoring wells Site background information can be found in the AGE-prepared Preliminary <br /> Investigation and Evaluation Report,dated 12 October 1999 and Additional Site AssessmentReport, <br />' dated 09 April 2002 <br /> lie 2.0. PROCEDURES <br />'} Ground water monitoring and sampling were conducted on 20 March 2003, the procedures were <br /> performed in accordance with the AGE-prepared and EHD-approved Monatanng Well Installation <br /> Work Plan, dated 09 June 2000 <br /> 2 1 WELL MONITORING AND PURGING <br /> A Solmst water level meter was used to measure the depth to ground water from the well casing tops <br /> in wells MW-1 through MW-5 to the nearest 0 01 foot The depths to ground water are summarized <br />' in Table 1 <br /> After water levels were gauged, a dedicated, disposable plastic bailer was used to evacuate(purge) <br />' each monitoring well of a minimum of three casing-water volumes(approximately 7 to 7 5 gallons) <br /> of water Temperature, pH, and conductivity were measured at regular intervals using an Oakton <br /> water analyzer The field data sheets are included in Appendix A Purged water was stored on site <br /> in 55-gallon drums <br /> i <br />' Advanced Geol✓nvsronmental,Inc. <br />
