Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. 06 June 2001 AGE-NC Project No 98-0497 Ms Margaret Lagono San Joaquin County Public Health Services - Environmental Health Division 304 East Weber Avenue, Third Floor Stockton, California 95202 Subject: Sensitive Receptor Survey National Freight 2850 Loomis Road, Stockton, California Dear Ms Lagono �— • At the request of Mr Daniel Folcher of Vineland Construction Co , Advanced GeoEnvironmental Inc (AGE) has conducted a sensitive receptor survey as part of the initial site characterization requirements under the California Code of Regulations - Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 16, Section 2654 for the site located at 2850 Loomis Road, Stockton, California The scope of work was to identify use and location of wells potentially affected by the UST release including municipal, domestic, irrigation or ground water monitoring wells within a 2,000 foot radius of the site Furthermore,a search was performed to locate septic systems that could potentially serve as vertical conduits The location of the site and the immediately surrounding area are illustrated on Figure I Site structures are depicted on Figure 2 On 27 February2001 Mr Eric Mar of Caliform a Water Service Company(Cal-Water)was contacted by an AGE representative According to Mr Mar,drinking water near the site is currently supplied and maintained by the City of Stockton municipal well system During the telephone conversation Mr Mar identified 1 municipal water well near the site A summary of the well is included in Table I On 27 February 2001 Mr Randy Cornell of City of Stockton Municipal Utilities was contacted by an AGE representative According to Mr Cornell the sewer system in the site area is maintained by the City of Stockton 837 Shaw Road,Stockton, California 95215 Telephone(209)467-1006 FAX(209) 467-1118
