INTRODUCTION <br /> At the request of Mr Daniel Folcher of Vineland Construction Co ,Advanced GeoEnvironmental, <br /> ' Inc (AGE) has prepared this report of environmental activities conducted at 2850 Loomis Road, <br /> Stockton,California(site) The scope of work included the monitoring and sampling of five ground <br /> ' water monitoring wells, analysis of the ground water samples, and preparation of this report The <br /> location of the site and surrounding area are illustrated on Figure 1 On-site structures and the <br /> locations of monitoring wells are illustrated on Figure 2 <br /> ' Site background information can be found in the AGE-prepared Preliminary Investigation and <br /> Evaluation Report, dated 12 October 1999, and Additional Site Assessment Report, dated 09 April <br /> ' 2002 <br /> ' 2.0. PROCEDURES <br /> Field procedures were performed in accordance with Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control <br /> • Board (CVRWQCB) guidelines for the investigation of underground storage tank (UST) sites and <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)guidelines for the sampling of ground <br /> water monitoring wells The procedures were performed In accordance with the AGE-prepared and <br /> ' EHD-approved Monitoring Well Installation Work Plan, dated 09 June 2000 <br /> ' 2 1 WELL MONITORING AND PURGING <br />' On 15 March 2005, the depth to ground water in monitoring wells MW-1 through MW-5 was <br /> measured from the top of each well casing to the nearest 0 01-foot utilizing a Solinst water level <br /> meter The ground water elevation in each well was calculated by subtracting the measured depth <br />' to ground water from the surveyed casing elevation(Table 1) <br /> After water levels were measured, between 4 and b gallons of water (a minimum of three casing <br />' water volumes per well) were purged from all the wells using dedicated, disposable plastic bailers <br /> Ground water temperature,pH,and conductivity were measured at regular intervals dunng purging <br /> using an Oakton water analyzer Field sheets and data are included in Appendix A Purged water was <br /> stored on-site in properly labeled,Department of Transportation(DOT)-approved 55-gallon drums <br />' - pending proper disposal - - - - -- <br /> 1 <br /> i <br />' Advanced GeoEovironmental,Inc <br />
