We estimate that the volume of stockpiled soil is between 100 and 150 cubic yards. Shell had <br /> oonsiderod retumung some of the stock <br /> piled soil to the UST and dispenser excavations. However,since we could <br /> not get approval to do rials from the San Joaquin County Public Health Services last week,the excavations were <br /> instead filled with new backfill material. Therefore,all of the soil that was excavated from the site during the <br /> renovations and investigation will be'disposed at a landfill.
