(Cambria) is pleased to submit this work plan on <br /> behalf of Equiva Services LLC (Equiva) for a subsurface investigation at the site referenced <br /> above. The scope of work outlined in this workplan includes the periodic purging of ground <br /> 1 water from the existing monitoring well, installation of two onsite groundwater monitoring <br /> / and/or extraction wells, one onsite groundwater monitoring well, and five offsite cone <br /> penetrometer testing.(CPT)borings. All work will be performed under the supervision of San <br /> Joaquin County Public%Health Services (SJCPHS) staff. A detailed description of each of these <br /> tasks follows: <br /> PROPOSED SCOPE OF WORK <br /> The San Joaquin County-Department of Public Health Services (SJCPHS) will be notified at <br /> least 48 'hours prior to any field work. Cambria will install two four-inch onsite ground water <br /> monitoring and/or extraction wells, and onetwo-inch ground water monitoring well in the <br /> locations shown in Figure-1. The purpose of these wells is to investigate the horizontal and <br /> vertical extent of hydrocarbons, determine the ground water flow direction, and for possible <br /> Oakland, CA <br /> Sonoma.,CA future ground water extraction. Cambria will also install five offsite CPT borings in the <br /> Portland, OR locations shown in Figure 1.
