PRE-TANK REPLACEMENT WE ASSESSMENT WORK PIAN <br /> 1071 North Main Street,Manteca,California <br /> Application for a permit to drill exploratory borings from the SJCPHSD will be required for <br /> the work proposed herein. In addition, review of this workplan by SJCPHSD staff will be <br /> required prior to drilling. <br /> A Results Report will be prepared after receipt of the analytical results. This report will <br /> include, but not necessarily be limited to: a) discussions of the site background, <br /> investigative methods used and local and regional hydrogeology; b) a review of any prior <br /> environmental investigations, tank testing or other related work, as available and <br /> appropriate; c) boring logs; d) laboratory analytical data, and e) laboratory reports and <br /> chain-of-custody forms. <br /> 4.0 SCHEDULE <br /> Aegis will proceed with the drilling outlined in this plan when approval is"t obtained from the <br /> San Joaquin County Health District.
