The site was <br /> formerly used as a service station. The site location and proposed soil boring locations <br /> which is shoFvn and described hereon but are shown on Drawings 1 and 2 (attached). The required San Joaquin County Public Health Services permits and fees will be <br /> completed and approved prior to drilling at the site. Soil samples will be collected from <br /> the borings,logged and possibly submitted for chemical analysis(schedule of analyses is <br /> shown on Drawing 2). <br /> If petroleum hydrocarbon constituents are identified in the soil at the time of <br /> drilling, soil samples will be submitted for laboratory analysis and work will be <br /> discontinued pending analytical results. All soil borings will be grouted in accordance <br /> with State and San Joaquin County requirements.
