Screen section spans from 5 feet above first encountered <br /> groundwater to bottom of the well at approximately 65 feet below surface grade. <br /> 2. Conduct and report a sensitive receptor survey. <br /> COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> 1) Include tetrachloroethane in analyses the samples. A waste oil underground storage <br /> tank had existed at the site.
